Is a funny question really, this is because many skeptical Christians have defined their own standard on what they feel is acceptable to God. They don't really know God's opinion on this.
Every dance done from a genuine heart of praise to God is totally acceptable to him. Someone may not agree with this, but lets's break it down.

rev 4:11 clearly shows the reason for the creation of all things. To magnify and glorify God, to praise his person essentially. Has satan created anything? some people come up with funny stuff, but satan has never created anything, he only perverted God's beautiful creation. John 10:10 gives an analogy of who satan is and what he those.
Therefore, we can safely say that shoki was perverted by satan, turning the glory meant for God from all his creation to himself (satan). Even though the shoki dance was initiated by someone who may not be born again, it was indirectly created by God. God created man and placed in him intellect and talent, it only depends on who it chooses to glorify or exalt through it. ( God, satan, or himself).
Shoki glorifies God if it is done with the right mindset, by the right identity( being born again).
