3 reasons why we sleep during lecture

•  THE LECTURER IS BORING

               if there is one thing students hate, it's a boring lecture. some of them just come to class saying things that are not even relevant, they can't even crack a joke to make someone laugh. There are ways to let a lecturer know that he is boring, just go and stand at the back of the class and maintain an eye contact with the lecturer.

•  THE TEMPERATURE IS SO COOL

                when the temperature is so cool, let's say is about to rain and the whole weather is so cool. you can't help but want to sleep so badly, just make sure you don't get caught

•  YOU SLEPT SO LATE: many of us have less than 6 hours sleep, this can affect us during lecture especially when you normally sleep longer than that. some of us are already used to sleeping late that may not be the reason you are sleeping in class, but for those that are not used to it you have to learn to sleep early.
