HOW TO CHANGE YOUR MOOD



Everybody always have that moment when everything seems really bad, that frustrating moment when you just feel you just had the worst day. Why should you kill yourself about something only can change, Well here are my tips for that




1)           DON’T THINK ABOUT IT FOR TOO LONG: think about how it is affecting you and the people around you, remember I once said that people will always react to you the way you treat them, and you really don’t want to feel bad because it will start affecting the things that happens around you.


2)         PRAY ABOUT IT: I always tell people that there is nothing I don’t pray about, when you have gotten to the stage that everything that you do, you will always pray then you will understand


3)         PLAY YOU’RE BEST SONG AND MAKE SURE YOU SING ALONG: i do this often, when I just feel it is time to shut down and be myself for just a second, music is something that will always make you happy.

 

4)         THINK OF A SOLUTION: when something happens to a person, the best thing to do is not to think about it, or how it is hurting you. The best thing to do is to think of a solution, there are better ways to handle some issues than to be depressed about it.


5)         AVOID PITY: when everybody see you in the a sorrowful state they always want to show you they care, which is good but you have to know that when people pity you or try to comport you it makes it difficult to forget what is wrong with you. Come out shinning and try to smile no matter how hard it is and the universe will change course and start attracting everything you want.


6)         BE GRATEFUL: in all things we should always give thanks, because it could be worse. I have realized that no matter how bad am feeling gratitude is always one thing I must never forget to do. God will always take care of his own.
